Client: foreign agricultural holding.
Requirements:
• higher education (Finance, Master’s Degree);
• 3-5 years experience in a finance, accounting or auditing department;
• possess attentiveness to detail, knowledge of accounting and finance;
• ability to maintain current knowledge of developments related to legislation changes and developments as they affect business matters;
• professional skills in interpreting financial records and the ability to use spreadsheets, different accounting software (8th version of 1C-accounting at least) and standard (Microsoft) software;
• ability to establish and retain effective working relationships with other Group staff and to communicate clearly and effectively;
• fluent English language (or German);
• be able to work alone (unsupervised) or as part of a small team to fulfill his*her responsibilities;
• to deal directly with the controller of the Group mainly on the one hand, and the CFO's of the local entities on the other hand;
• responsible and well-organized;
• readiness to business trips within Ukraine (mainly).
Responsibilities:
• lead or participate in internal controls and reviews within the Ukrainian daughter companies plus other ad hoc exercises to support the Dutch controller of the Group;
• analyze business information to identify risks, key control strengths and weaknesses;
• develop advices of solutions to avoid the detected risks;
• develop and communicate insights and messages effectively;
• contribute to the planning of the overall Internal Audit plan and the periodic controls.
